Job Description: Dishwasher
Candidate will be responsible for washing all china, glassware, silverware, pots and pans. In addition, must be able to keep all kitchen areas neat and orderly, spills mopped up, floors swept, dispose of garbage, break down and bundle boxes. Candidate must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, and must be able to stand for long periods of time. Schedule varies and requires weekends.
- Proper Ware washing procedures followed for all silverware
- Wash and sanitize pots and pans and utensils using proper procedures
- Proper set-up of dish machine and dish area
- All products properly stored away
- Assist in keeping kitchen clean and orderly at all times
- Mop all spills
- Take out garbage and breakdown all cardboard boxes
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous dishwasher experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule
