The Bell Attendant provides excellent customer service and creates a safe and friendly environment for the guests. They are in constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guest satisfaction immediately before, during, and after their check-in. They also communicate with Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

- Provide excellent customer service and create a safe, friendly environment for guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction immediately before, during, and after their check-in
- Ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently
- Ensure guests are familiar with room offerings and features
- Engage in casual conversation with guests and make hotel or local recommendations
- Respond to guests’ questions, complaints, comments, and requests in a courteous and professional manner, or refer to management if necessary
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- A passion for providing exceptional hospitality and for growing within the hospitality industry
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant communication and interaction with colleagues and guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
