Bike Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain fleet of bikes either in the field or in the depot
  • Use internal tools to record progress (tablet or work phone)
  • Continuously train and learn new repairs for bikes
  • Receive feedback on repair performance and make improvements

What are we looking for?

Skills

  • Comfortable working with a smart phone and new technologies
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Technical aptitude (has worked with tools before and can easily learn

Station Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Test functionality of station equipment and perform preventative

maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot issues with on-street equipment (ie docking points, Kiosks, etc.)
  • Operate a motor vehicle along a designated route to respond to work tickets
  • Replace broken equipment and assist with removal of downed equipment.

What are we looking for?

Skills / Experience

  • Experienced in working with different types of technologies and tools

(smartphones, tablets, etc.)

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Technical aptitude (has worked with tools before and can easily learn new

repairs/skills)

Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks related to the assembly and deployment of bikeshare stations

including loading and unloading materials from trucks, assembling station

components, flagging streets to direct traffic, moving plates and other

materials across work sites using a pallet jack and forklift.

  • Assemble station components in a warehouse.
  • Perform station inspections and assembly quality control.
  • Test station functionality, performing basic diagnostic testing,

troubleshooting, reboots, and minor repairs.

What are we looking for?

Skills / Experience

  • Experienced with tools (ie construction background, set building background

etc.)

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Can easily understand and follow instructions from management
  • Effective communicator (both written and verbally)
  • Comfortable using a smart phone or tablet
  • Basic math skills (can look at a blueprint and answer basic questions)

Wage for all three roles: starting at $15.50
