Palletizer
The Warehouse Palletizer focuses on the quality unloading of all totes, full cases, and coolers. It also ensures that they are properly palletized by route and stop number. The Palletizer makes certain that pallets are orderly and properly built prior to being loaded.
Essential Functions
- Efficiently sort totes and distribute to pick modules according to category.
- Assist No-Read lane.
- Double up cases in palletizing lanes.
- Assist pallet pullers.
- Condense cases and remove empty pallets.
- Cleanup work area including palletizing lanes during shift and at the end of shift.
- Communicate with management regarding mechanical issues with the lanes
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management.
- Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed.
- Ability to efficiently work independently of direct supervision.
- Demonstrated regular and reliable attendance record.
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast pace environment with daily deadlines and goals.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to effectively complete a variety of repetitive and high urgency activities at the same time with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation, proactively addressing problems and avoiding crisis whenever possible.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English both orally and in writing.
A Zone Picker
The Warehouse Associate – Parcel Pack Out is responsible for the accurate and efficient packing and shipping of product.
Essential Functions
- Correctly pack orders into shipping containers to prevent damage while in transit.
- Utilize RF Scan equipment to properly locate and store product awaiting packing.
- Operate highly automated state of the art shipping equipment.
- Must be cross trained to successfully fulfill multiple roles within the team that could consist of packing, shipping, quality control, supply handling, and operating packing/shipping equipment.
- Operate at an entry level warehouse management software.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere, including receiving, pulling orders, packing and shipping preferred.
- Previous experience operating RF Scan equipment and powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.
- Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to learn how to use warehouse management software and operate modern automated shipping equipment.
- Must have good attendance and tardy record.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential warehouse functions of this job. The associate is required to sit. The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb in the warehouse. While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm. The associate is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the warehouse work environment are typically low to moderate.

$13.50 per hour (eCommerce)
$16.50 – $17.50 per hour (Palletizer)
(non-union, with benefits, and overtime opportunity)
