Our mission is to close the workforce skills gap and assist unemployed job-seekers in re-entering the workforce. We work with local employers to identify their hiring needs and match them with qualified unemployed job seekers in Chicago and Cook County. We also help employers fund customized and on-the-job training programs so that candidates have the necessary skills to succeed from their first day on the job. We are endorsed by City of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and supported by funding from the City of Chicago, Cook County, State of Illinois and private and corporate foundations.
